Dating from the Cretaceous period 100mya. Burmese Amber is the worlds finest Amber and often contains plant, insect, and other rare inclusions. This material is older and harder than other ambers, which makes it fantastic for jewellery.
This piece has inclusions of flies, wasps, a spider and other insects.
