How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must follow @therareandbeautiful, @smittion, @HenkBurg,@milieorganics on Instagram,like the competition post, and tag the required number of friends in the comments section.
Participants may also share the post to their Instagram Story and tag to receive a bonus entry. Any entry that is incomplete,
incomprehensible, or does not meet the entry requirements will be deemed invalid.
This competition is organised by Rare and Beautiful. This promotion is in no way sponsored,endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
The competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with
the competition are not eligible to enter. By participating in this competition, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to comply fully with these Terms and
Conditions.
The competition opens on Friday the 14 th of November (AEST) and closes on Friday 28 th of November
(AEST). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted or considered for the prize.
The prize consists of 4 x $250 gift voucher one from each of the following business therarebeautiful, DuskyRobin, Smitten, Milie organics The total prize pool is valued at AUD $1000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. The prize can not be exchanged for a gift voucher. This is a one off purchased once made there is no cash or credit on the remaining credit to be given.
The winner will be chosen randomly by a third party app - Wask
The draw or judging will take place on 28 th of
November in Hobart 6pm. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and/or
announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account @therareandbeautiful. Do not click on other
link. If the selected winner does not respond within 6 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering the competition, participants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and entry content for marketing and promotional purposes across social
media and other communication channels, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including
agents and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional upon the provision of this information.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms
and Conditions at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence
will be entered into. This competition is governed by the laws of the Tasmania Australia, and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
